Caregiver Co-Pilot provides general information, guidance, and organizational tools to help family caregivers. It is designed to help you feel informed and prepared as you care for a loved one.
It is not professional advice. Caregiver Co-Pilot is not a healthcare provider, attorney, financial advisor, or pharmacist, and it does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional judgment. Always confirm decisions with your loved one's providers, attorney, or the appropriate official source. In an emergency, call 911.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Caregiver Co-Pilot.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
The information and files you enter into the app remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content solely to provide the app's features to you (for example, saving your documents or generating a response from the AI Guide). We do not sell your content.
Please use Caregiver Co-Pilot only for its intended, lawful purpose. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to harm others.
The AI Caregiver Guide produces responses automatically and may not always be complete or accurate. Treat its guidance as a helpful starting point, not a final answer, and verify important decisions with a qualified professional.
Some features may be offered on a paid basis in the future. If and when they are, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you subscribe, and subscriptions will be managed through the app store you purchased from.
Caregiver Co-Pilot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your use of the app and any reliance on its guidance is at your own discretion.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service where necessary to protect the service or its users, or as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
