Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Caregiver Co-Pilot ("we," "us," or "our") helps family caregivers navigate the care of a loved one. We know the information involved is deeply personal, and we treat it with care. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

You are always in control of what you enter. You do not have to provide any particular information to use the app.

How we use your information

How your information is stored and protected

Your data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase, and is protected by per-user access controls so that your information is accessible only to your account. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the app.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

Your choices and rights

A note about health information

Caregiver Co-Pilot is a consumer support and organization tool. It is not a healthcare provider, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice, and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. The guidance it offers is general in nature. Always confirm decisions with your loved one's providers, and in an emergency call 911.

Children

The app is intended for adult family caregivers (18 and older). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
